Converting Email Boxes
Converting mailboxes -- that is, the actual messages and other data -- for use with a different application can be somewhat involved. When moving from one Internet program to another, Eudora seems to be a good common denominator.
Slipstick Systems has a very helpful website full of informtaion for Outlook control over their email client.
