In order for FrogNet to host your domain, a few simple changes must be made to the information that your REGISTRAR has on file with regards to your domain. We cannot host your domain until FrogNet is listed as the TECHNICAL CONTACT and the PRIMARY and SECONDARY dns servers for your domain point to FrogNet.
The exact process for updating this information differs depending on the REGISTRAR that sold you the domain name. Many registrars have a username and password that allows you access to the tools necessary to make such changes. The quickest and easiest way to get your domain up and running on FrogNet is to provide us with your REGISTRAR username and password. NOT your FROGNET username and password, we know that already. We need the username and password that your REGISTRAR gave you. Older domains that were purchased from REGISTRARS, like Network Solutions and Verisign do not always have a username / password combination.
You can provide us with the information by filling our the domain transfer form located at this page
Or, if you feel uncomfortable sharing this information, you can make the changes yourself. The information is provided below.

You should still fill out the domain hosting transfer request form located here. You need to do this, even if you make the adjustments to your TECH CONTACT and DNS SERVERS yourself. The form allows you to make comments. Just make a comment that notifies that you already made the changes. We will only host the domain once we can VERIFY that the changes have been made via a WHOIS query. If the information is not correct, we will reply to the email address that you supplied on the domain hosting request form.
There is a proper procedure for moving your domain away from FrogNet to another host. You can read about it here.
