Host up to 10 domains for free in your 200MB block of storage.  If you can fit them in there, you can host them for free.
MySQL Database
You'll get one FREE MySQL database (upon request).

You'll have access to a shell account with Telnet, FTP, and SSH.

**ISDN transfer speed is the potential maximum speed and is not a committed information rate, commonly called a "CIR." This attribute of ISDN is not limited by FrogNet, but is true for ALL ISDN providers everywhere. For guaranteed transfer rates, you should purchase a Frame Relay circuit or Leased Line.
