THE FACTS ABOUT MULTI LEVEL MARKETING

One of the most misrepresented ways of doing business or starting a business, is getting sucked into Multi Level Marketing. The people behind these schemes with their magnetic personalities have been trained by specialists to hype you up with their high pressure sales tactics, that you have no idea what has hit you...
until you get the bill!

There are so many ways of gaining the trust of innocent people to sell a product that you believe to be good,
but there is always a catch to that easy money now isn't there?

LEARN THE FACTS !

Before buying into or making any promises to anyone about selling their products, be sure you check out all the possibilities of a pyramid scheme or MLM fraud. I have been in business for 35 years. I started into sales and marketing with the family business. As a part of that business I learned the importance of advertising, word of mouth, respect for your customers, and standing behind your products,
whatever it may be.

If you run across someone telling you this is an opportunity to become all that you ever dreamed of by owning your own business through Multi Level Marketing and selling their product
..Beware!

More times than not you are NOT the one going to profit from it. I have been into many different MLM schemes, to find that each and everyone of them are only ways for someone else to become rich after you spend your time, effort, and MONEY ! And what do you get for it? A closet full of expensive products you end up giving away as gifts. Why? Because the market for those products are not as demanding as someone may want you to think,
or at least not at the price you have to sell them for.

Here are some helpful tips on what to look for
before you make any commitments to MLM.

1. Ask what ALL cost will be for starting this business. Most MLM companies ask for a fee to just sign up. Pyramid schemes, may pressure you to pay a large amount to become a "distributor." The people behind the scheme make most of their profit by feeding off innocent people that sign up under them.

2. Ask if there is a satisfaction guarantee and/or a warranty on their products. Find out if there is a restocking policy. You don't want to be left with inventory you can't sell. Most legitimate companies will offer you a buy back or restocking policy for inventory that is not moving.

3. What is the market demand for the products they are offering? Find out if most of the profit you gain is from the product sales or by recruiting people to buy into the business under you. Pyramid schemes will focus more on building your "downline".

4. Get as many of the facts and policies of the company you are buying. Find out if you can be free to use trade names, logos, etc. Get a written copy of what all you are allowed to do with their name. Ask questions. Ask many other people that have also been in the company. Don't trust the opinion and promises of those trying to get you to buy.

5. CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL AND SURROUNDING BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

Here are some helpful links. I highly suggest you read some of these before making any decisions about MLM. It just may save you more money than you could ever dream of making. Take that money and put it in a savings account for future possibilities of a real business.
